3. Processing Time
We review every refund request within 48 hours. Once approved, the refund is sent back to your original payment method. The funds usually arrive in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are normally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. However, this right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately once you have given express consent to start the download and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
